Engineering construction

Engineering project consultation

Prepare the project proposal (project approval report) and feasibility study report (project application report) for those projects to be invested and constructed by customers. Provide the investment consultation and engineering technology consultation.

General contracting and project management

The general contracting refers to the contractor’s undertaking of survey, design, procurement, construction and trial operation of the project entrusted by the owner. The Company has a perfect management system and professional departments such as Purchasing Department, Cost Department and Construction Management Department for general contracting business, so as to implement matrix organization and management of general contracting projects. The Company relies on industry-leading technology, perfect system, good management, excellent human resources to undertake the projects, and sincerely cooperates with the owners.

Cold chain engineering design

Provide design services including master plan, preliminary design (or scheme design) construction drawing design, project budget preparation, as-built drawing preparation, etc. for customers’ cold chain projects.

Engineering construction supervision

Provide the construction engineering supervision and equipment supervision services for customers’ engineering construction projects.
