Dongguan Mayong Logistics Park Phase II of First Priority Group

The project is located in the west of Mayong Town, near Shuixiang Avenue in the north and Gangzhong Road in the west, with a developed road network and convenient transportation. The project covers an area of 50,049m2 and a building area of 150,343m2. It is planned to build a comprehensive industrial park of cold-chain catering storage facilities, cold chain storage and supply chain services and food processing center. Among them, the cold storage covers an area of about 80,000m2, with constant temperature zone, cold storage zone and normal temperature zone, which can meet various temperature requirements.
